Godrej Properties Limited has appointed Ranjeet Deshmukh as Head (GLF) Execution Excellence, bringing extensive experience in delivering complex and high-profile construction projects.
Deshmukh is a construction professional with experience in project management, execution, logistics, negotiations and leading multiple projects simultaneously. In his new role, he will focus on execution excellence across Godrej Properties' GLF operations.
His project experience includes playing a lead role in the completion of India's New Parliament Building. He has also been associated with major projects including the MPMMM Cancer Centre in Varanasi, described as India's second-largest cancer hospital, and The Park at Lower Parel, Mumbai, one of the city's tallest residential developments.
With a background spanning large-scale and technically complex projects, Deshmukh brings experience in managing project execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving delivery across demanding construction environments.
His appointment adds to Godrej Properties' project execution leadership as the company continues to expand its development portfolio across markets.
