The language of real estate advertising is beginning to change. Instead of relying only on glossy visuals, luxury promises and product specifications, companies are using their campaigns to talk about issues that matter to homebuyers. Whether it is building stronger neighbourhoods, making homes safer or giving buyers the confidence of immediate possession, the focus is gradually shifting from selling projects to telling stories that people can relate to
Building What Matters
Hero Homes, the residential real estate arm of Hero Realty Private Limited and part of Hero Enterprise, has launched its new brand campaign, ‘Building What Matters’, signalling a shift in its brand philosophy from constructing homes to creating communities that foster belonging, well-being and meaningful human connections. At a time when much of the real estate industry continues to emphasise square footage, premium amenities and luxury offerings, the campaign seeks to redefine what makes a home valuable. Rather than focusing solely on physical infrastructure, Hero Homes highlights the emotional and social dimensions of homeownership, placing relationships, shared experiences and community life at the centre of its vision. The campaign reflects the company’s belief that a home should be more than an address. It aims to create environments where families can build lasting relationships, children can grow with confidence, and neighbours can become an extended community. By prioritising thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage interaction, recreation and holistic well-being, Hero Homes hopes to deliver developments that enrich everyday life.
Speaking on the campaign, Rohit Kishore, CEO, Hero Realty, said, “At Hero Homes, we have always believed that our responsibility extends far beyond constructing buildings. A home is where relationships are nurtured, aspirations take shape, and communities are built. ‘Building What Matters’ is a reflection of this belief. It represents our commitment to creating spaces that enrich lives, foster belonging, and enable holistic well-being. While homes can be measured in square feet, the moments, memories and connections they create are truly priceless. Through this philosophy, we reaffirm our purpose of building not just better homes, but better lives.”
Waqt Milega Jeevan Bachega
Greenply Industries Limited has rolled out a new out-of-home (OOH) campaign in Lucknow to spotlight the fire safety features of its premium plywood range, Greenply Gold. The high-visibility installation, located on Faizabad Road near the Amausi airport stretch, is designed to communicate one of the product’s key propositions: its ability to resist the spread of fire for up to 45 minutes, offering crucial response time during emergencies. The outdoor activation features the messages, “Fire Spreads Fast” and “Greenply Gives You 45 Minutes,” accompanied by an illuminated 45-minute dial that visually reinforces the product’s fire-retardant capability. At the centre of the campaign is the message, “Waqt Milega Jeevan Bachega,” underscoring the importance of gaining precious extra time to breathe, act and evacuate safely in the event of a fire.
Beyond slowing the spread of flames, Greenply Gold is also designed to reduce smoke propagation, addressing one of the most critical risks during fire incidents. Dense smoke often impairs visibility and breathing before flames reach occupants, making every additional minute vital for evacuation and emergency response. The campaign is built around a straightforward yet significant message: fires can spread rapidly, response time is critical, smoke can be more dangerous than flames in the initial stages, and the choice of building materials can play an important role in improving overall fire safety.
Rising City
Hubtown Limited has launched a first-of-its-kind 3D anamorphic out of-home (OOH) campaign in Mumbai to promote Rising City, its residential project in Ghatkopar East. The campaign marks a departure from conventional real estate advertising by using immersive digital technology to highlight the project’s Occupancy Certificate (OC)-ready status and immediate possession. At the centre of the campaign is a hyper-realistic 3D animation that creates the illusion of a giant fist breaking through the billboard before extending a golden key towards viewers. The installation is accompanied by the message, “Everyone talks about OC received. But how many developers hand you the key... literally?” Through this visual, Hubtown seeks to translate the technical milestone of receiving an Occupancy Certificate into a simple and relatable promise of ready-to move-in homes. The campaign also spotlights the company’s financial offer with the message, “The key to owning your dream home is just 1% away,” combining the immersive experience with an accessible homeownership proposition. Installed across key arterial roads in Mumbai, the anamorphic display is designed to capture the attention of commuters while encouraging them to photograph and share the installation on social media, extending the campaign’s reach beyond its physical locations.
